Brancusi Marble Ring
Carved solid marble and 9ct gold art ring.
This piece was initially inspired by seeing the response my mother had to seeing Constantin Brancusi sculptures for the first time; her connection to the pieces was emotional and yet serene. The visual simplicity yet bold presence of the work is emotionally captivating and grounding. I longed to connect with the smooth surfaces through touch. This was the genesis of the ring’s form.
Lead by tactile intuition, the form was carved from wax, sculpted to feel compelling to handle. The marble was sustainably reclaimed from a luxury kitchen manufacturer’s scrap, painstakingly carved from a solid block, with soft ridges to contrast the structural gold.

Care Advice
To ensure longevity, store your jewellery in a safe dry place when not worn, separate from other jewellery. Hot water and chemicals may damage the stone, so remove before swimming, showering and exercising. Marble is porous may become stained if exposed to pigments that can transfer. Clean carefully with dilute dish soap or contact the studio for upkeep.

All pieces are delivered via Royal Mail’s insured Next Day service, in a luxurious branded box for safe keeping.
Please allow 2-4 weekdays processing time before shipping for stocked items, and 5-7 weeks for bespoke and custom items.
