Shipping

All pieces are all handmade to order by Charlotte, and therefore usually take 2-4 weeks to craft specially for you before shipping unless otherwise stated. Items available for immediate dispatch are stated on the product page.

UK Delivery:

£7.90 - Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-3 days from dispatch) 

A signature is required upon receipt. This service is insured. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery:

£25.99 - UPS tracked delivery (5-7 days from dispatch), £5 per additional item

This service is insured. You will receive a tracking number and updates once your order has been shipped.

Taxes and Duties are not included.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

UK public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

DURING PROMOTIONAL AND HOLIDAY PERIODS ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO DISPATCH. WE ENDEAVOUR TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY.

Returns

Returns can be requested at cgarnett@live.co.uk within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the item unless the product is faulty at the discretion of the seller.
